Step 1 — Tell us

Email us at ameyajewellery01@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with the product name and a photo of the item. We'll review your request and confirm approval before you send anything back.

Step 2 — Send it back

Once we approve your return, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to us within 5 days of approval. Return shipping is paid by you — please use a trackable courier and share the tracking number with us. Items must arrive unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging intact; we can't process a refund coupon for anything that comes back used, damaged, or without its packaging.

Step 3 — Get your coupon

Once your return reaches us, we'll confirm receipt within 24–48 hours. After a quality check, we'll issue your refund coupon code as per the details below.

Cancelling an order

We usually pack and dispatch orders within 2 hours of placing them, so cancellations are only possible before an order ships. For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll call to confirm before dispatch. If you cancel a prepaid order before it ships, you can choose a refund coupon code or a refund to your original payment method (a 5% payment gateway fee applies to the latter).

How refunds work

• Refunds are issued as a one-time-use coupon code, valid for 1 year from the date it's issued.
• If a prepaid order isn't accepted or is returned to us, ₹250 is deducted to cover shipping both ways, with the balance issued as a coupon code by email. We're unable to offer bank transfers for undelivered or returned packages.
• A refund coupon used on an order that's later refused will expire and can't be reused — so please make sure you're able to accept any order (COD or prepaid) placed with a coupon code.
• If a payment didn't go through but was deducted from your card or wallet, please check with us before placing a second order — if a new order is placed first, a 5% payment gateway fee will apply when we refund the duplicate.
• Orders that received free shipping as part of a promotion will have ₹125 deducted from the refund coupon to cover that shipping cost.
• Each original order is eligible for a maximum of 2 refund coupons traced back to it, and free-shipping offers won't apply once you've placed more than 2 orders using refund coupons (a ₹125 shipping charge applies instead).
• For Cash on Delivery orders, the token amount paid isn't refundable if the order is cancelled, refused, or returns to us undelivered — this covers the ₹250 to-and-fro shipping cost. If your token amount was higher than ₹250, we'll refund the difference as a coupon code by email.

What's eligible for return

• All products on our website can be returned for a refund coupon.
• Items that are damaged, used, or missing their original packaging aren't eligible — we can either courier these back to you (₹125 shipping applies) or you're welcome to collect them from us in person.
• Returns not reported within 48 hours of delivery, or not received by us within 5 days of approval, won't be eligible.
• Every piece goes through quality checks before it's shipped, so we're unable to offer refunds simply because a product didn't meet personal expectations.

Refund timeline

We process your coupon code within 3 working days of receiving your returned item, or of confirming a cancellation. Refund coupons can only be used if no other discount code is applied — and since only one code is allowed per order, orders placed using a refund coupon can't also use a separate offer code. If your item arrived damaged, we're happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund coupon for the product's value — whichever you'd prefer.

If your order arrives damaged

Every order is carefully checked and packed before it leaves us, but courier handling can occasionally cause damage in transit. If this happens to you:

• Tell us within 48 hours: email ameyajewellery01@gmail.com with an unboxing video or clear photos of the issue. We'll respond within 48 hours.
• Reverse pickup (India only): once we approve your claim, we'll arrange a free pickup, usually within 24 hours of approval — please keep the item packed and ready, as we may not be able to rearrange a missed pickup, and you'd then need to ship it back yourself.
• Resolution: once we receive the item back, we'll send a replacement if available, or issue a full refund coupon (valid for 1 year) for the product's value.
